Hey everyone, I'm still alive... Kind of.

A lot has been going on in my life during the last year, I stayed away from music to focus on develop my studies and skills for job which has been a hard trip, so...

To start anew, Here are some of the stuff that I've done during this absence:

  • "New" tracks.

No, I wasn't giving up, There are a bunch of tracks going on since the last year but since time has passed they don't convince me enough to upload them. Some of them are original mixes and some others remixes.

Here you can listen a pair of original uncompleted which don't convince enough to finish: https://www.newgrounds.com/projects/audio/1822937/preview

(OUT NOW!!!!)

  • YouTube uploads (YES, that thing I said I'd do the last year...)

I managed to create videos for my tracks and I will FINALLY be uploading some on YouTube, since I had some requests over the months. Should I start with my old techno music or the latest ones?

  • More dilemmas (Nobody cares about)

However, I've entered in a limbo between taking the time to learn something more actual or stick with music and sounds that has been played out for twelve years like I've been doing since the first day I started doing this.

I met a friend who introduced me into phonk, you know this music that appears in thousands of playlists with anime thumbnails that has been pretty popular amongst the slavic community for some reason. I was not interested on it at first, but he told me I should try and make something similar and It would be nice to try something new.

Sorry for everything guys, I always end up making people have to put up with me.

Hey everyone, It's been a while since I did anything relevant, but I've been thinking about releasing a forgotten dubstep track which I hope it doesn't dissapoint. I'm planning to call it 'Wicked'.

I started a new project back in October, but I forgot about it after a week until this summer... So this month I'm gonna release the finished version I stood making this July. Link will be posted below even if nobody cares.

Additionally for the next weeks I'm gonna try to bring other projects with an electro-house flavour.

Stay tuned for tomorrow.

Hey everyone, I just made a comeback without previous notice. Here's my list of purposes for the next year, althought whenever I open my mouth I say something that I never fulfill, so here's my list of things I hope one day I do:

-Study more, producing more: With the last three projects I've released I realized that having free time and getting to the point is what makes if quick to release a new song. So before I get a job, I have to organize myself to end every homework as soon as possible, thus having time for staying online and stuff.

-Open YouTube channel: Newgrounds will always be my favourite site to upload music but I wanna upload some of my past songs to youtube if there's anybody there to enjoy them.

-Moar dubidubstep: The next year I'm gonna focus mainly on dubstep. But may be time for more genres.

And that's it. I didn't have many important things to say, as always. Hope you a happy new year!

Btw here some spam.. ehem ehem, I mean new song I made just right now, check it out!: https://www.newgrounds.com/audio/listen/1183765

Hey people, this is unrelated to music updates but does anyone know what is this?

It only has 3 buttons, USB connection and headphones entry so I guess it's an mp3, but if it really is, it's the most feature-reduced mp3 I've ever seen in my life. Why someone would leave a thing like this in my mailbox? Honestly I'm too scared to connect this to my laptop to see what files has in it. But I have a very old computer which I can try to connect. I'm pretty sure at the end it will be a silly thing to do this. iu_752688_6392945.webp

Hey, maybe everyone will be mad af with me when it has been half a year and I only uploaded 3 songs (which 2 of them are just loops and crappy projects), but I'm recently starting new projects totally different from what I began doing, my main purpose of 'recreating' techno/dance or whatever, I don't know how to call it... So along with the already said, I will include a little of dubstep in my repertoire.

I've been preparing nasty sounds in Sytrus and Massive, although this one is a very old-school synth and there are new wavetable VSTs (Serum, Phaseplant, Vital...) but that's the purpose. I don't enjoy much the new dubstep/riddim stuff, sounds like a fork scratching plate sample spammed through the entire drop at 140bpm.

Listening to dubstep pioneers from NewGrounds have inspired me a lot for this.

I don't like much changes, but I can give a chance to dubstep if I can bring these tracks to NG.

It's been a long time, but I finally came up with something new!

About the laptop incident from four months ago, I was able to recover my laptop when it broke: it didn't boot at first but I waited a pair of weeks and I could recover everything! I'm sorry if I didn't answer, now I'm doing some vocatinal training and I can't stay doing music as much as before. Even thought there will be time for more techno/trance next month! Keep staying tuned.

I had the idiocy to stay in my room messing around with FLStudio, where it is 88 °F/31 °C at noon. I noticed my laptop was overheating and I didn't give it much attention cause I started arranging a new track, and after a couple of minutes it suddenly shut down, and it seems it's not working anymore.

That probably means: my three years of progression, my projects, my VST synths, my presets, my recordings, and basically all my files, all is f*cked up. I can't recover anything and I don't know what to do now and don't know what will happen. For now I guess I'll need to buy a new laptop (if I could) to start from zero.

So this may be a long pause.

I don't know how but someone noticed me that my music just got allowed in Geometry Dash suddenly. I'm very surprised! If I'm wrong, please go ahead and try to search an ID of my latest song, for example.

So yeah, after 4 years my music is now avaible in the game, I suppose now you all can make levels with them.

Just want to clarify, I didn't make music specifically for GD levels, my songs were originally thought just for listening. But of course you can use whatever track you want.

Here's a boring story ;-) Two weeks ago, I had found a microphone which I got years ago as one of those toys you get in a cereal box; in this case it was a big milk powder pack lol. Okay, so I had the magnificent idea of giving this microphone an usage in my music production. After days trying to connect the micro into my computer, I got an adapter to connect it cause the plug and the input weren't compatible. And from that moment onward, I started messing around with the microphone, recording sounds in my DAW.

Days later, just when I thought I had it all what I want, doing some sound tests, the mic input sounded very low, so I searched on internet a way to turn up the volume of the mic, instead of doing it manually by turning up the volume in the DAW. I saw I could fix that with the Realtek HD Audio Manager, but mine didn't open because it wasn't compatible. I had to replace the preinstalled audio driver for an older version of this one, cause that version would allow me to open the manager to edit the microphone gain. Then when I played some music, there was something wrong... with the old audio driver installed, everything sounded very different: the low frequencies were cut, or it was more like the high frequencies were boosted. So I reinstalled the new one to get the normal sound back, but then I couldn't open the audio manager again, I reinstalled the old driver once, then the new one, then the old one again, once more, twice more, three times, four times... I couldn't decide between having that audio manager but changing the sound, or having the sound normal but can't open the manager. I tried to move the audio manager file with the rest of the new audio driver's files, but I accidentally messed up files of the two versions... Finally I got tired and took the decision of recovering the normal sound, even if that mean I wouldn't fix the mic gain problem. And then I got this.

Now not only my mic doesn't work even with the adapter, my headphones too. Now I can't make good music if I can't use my headphones to listen it clearly. And if that wasn't enough, my computer's speakers still sounds like the high frequencies were boosted, so I didn't get anything good out of all this. All this, because I wanted to turn up the volume of my mic, and I ended 'turning down' the volume of both my mic and my headphones... Forever.

Nah, I was joking, this has a happy ending. All I had to do was rebooting my computer and all went back to normality. lol.

I'm never gonna try this again.
